SHIPPING RATES – WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Depending on the quantity and weight of the item, shipping rates will vary between $10 and $20. Our Australian Deliveries where possible are made via Australia Post. Express shipping is available. Please make contact of an urgent delivery is required.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

An email will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled. We use Australia Post for all shipping.

SHIPPING

Our team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the Surf Meets Southwest warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our team as soon as possible – sales @ surfmeetssouthwest.com.au or via our Facebook Page.

RETURNS

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us. However If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of unworn / undamaged items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items should be in the original new condition and include all tags. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it via registered post.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send the tagged / unused item along with your name, email, phone number and order receipt to the address below. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 7 days of the receipt of the return of the item, minus original shipping charges if applicable.

FAULTY PRODUCTS:
Every product we send out is quality checked, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion and will have to be assessed. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be accepted.
